The organisation has booked rooms for nights 3-4 December 2018 for all participants at the hotel where the workshop takes place (Hotel Mercure in Châteauneuf-le-Rouge, www.hotelmercureaixsaintevictoire.fr). Please note that the workshop will start at lunchtime on 3 December and finalise about 5pm on 5 December.
For those with a long trip that require extra hotel stay, since the hotel where the workshop takes place is not at the city centre and there is no public transport on Sunday to arrive there, participants are advised to stay at Aix-en-Provence city centre. A list of hotels is available below:
